Shipping policy

Shipping for MLECOM is handled by an allocated shipping agent, notification and tracking information will be sent directly to the customer as their order is progressing in the shipping process.

Standard Shipping times can generally take between 15-30 days sometimes longer, depending on whats specified on your shipping documentation.

MLECOM is not liable for damages to packages being shipped, if there are any damages to goods or missing items revert to MLECOM'S refund and return policy.
